Using essential oils in the shower is a bit of luxury that you shouldn't mind lavishing on yourself. Whether it is after a long day at work, or after an early morning jog, infusing essential oils into your shower can be a way to relax and get the aromatic spring you need back to reality.

Many people love to indulge in lavender essential oils in the shower. This article will take you through a few methods you can use to enjoy lavender essential oils in your shower:

The Diffuser Method

With an Oasis Shower Diffuser, you can turn your shower into a spa! The diffused essential oils create an atmosphere that helps you relax and get the most from your essential oils. With this method, you do not need to apply the essential oil onto any other part of your shower. The diffuser allows the essential oils to create a mist within the shower, and you can use as much as you can take. The diffuser method is by far the most effective method for using essential oils in the shower!

The Washcloth Method

Simply add a few drops of Lavander essential oil on a washcloth, cotton ball, or any other carrier material that you can easily take along with you in the shower. Place the carrier material in a place where the water from the shower can hit it. Then turn your shower to the highest comfortable temperature. Once the water grazes the carrier material, the essential oils will evaporate into steam, and you will create an atmosphere similar to the diffuser.

Shower Wall Infusion

The shower wall infusion works well for small showers, and it's easy and straightforward. All you have to do is spread the essential oils in bits on the walls of your shower; you can flip it from the bottle or fill it from a pipette and get some at spots where you want it. The water bounces off the wall and you have your essential oil diffused in the shower.

Personal Oil Application

With this method, you shower as usual and then apply the essential oil using a washcloth. If you are trying a new brand, start from behind your knees and wait for a minute or two to notice any reactions to the oil. You can then work your way up and rinse it off after a while.

No matter where you stay, you can use essential oils in the shower and enjoy the benefits.
